Turkey's First Electric Mini Vehicle MANGO CAR Debuts at Teknofest

Adana will host the Aviation, Space and Technology Festival (TEKNOFEST) scheduled for 2-6 October, with one of the event's most prominent showcases being MANGO CAR, Turkey's first 100 percent domestically produced electric mini vehicle. Developed by ISSD, this environmentally friendly vehicle will be presented to visitors with its smart technologies and innovative design.

Future Mobility Solutions: MANGO CAR

ISSD Board Chairman Çağrı Yüzbaşıoğlu stated that MANGO CAR is not merely an automobile but also a technological revolution, noting that the Traffic Control Center Software installed in the vehicle provides drivers with traffic flow regulation information and ensures a safer and more comfortable driving experience. Yüzbaşıoğlu said, "This software optimizes traffic congestion by informing the driver about the duration of green light at intersections and offering speed recommendations as they approach."

Environmentally Friendly and Economical Mobility

Yüzbaşıoğlu noted that MANGO CAR, with its fully electric motor, achieves zero emissions and minimizes environmental impact, stating that the vehicle can be fully charged from a standard 200 V city grid within 6 hours and stands out with its long range for urban transportation. Yüzbaşıoğlu emphasized that the vehicle reduces energy consumption through optimized route recommendations, thereby lowering driving costs.

Major Presentation at Adana TEKNOFEST

Stating that MANGO CAR will showcase Turkey's innovative approach and technological capacity in the electric vehicle industry at Adana TEKNOFEST, Yüzbaşıoğlu said, "The vehicle, as a domestic product, will make a significant contribution to the national economy and aims to shed light on future mobility solutions through its environmentally friendly and technological features."

Yüzbaşıoğlu noted that TEKNOFEST, as Turkey's largest event in aviation, space and technology, provides an important platform for promoting domestic and national projects, and that innovative solutions like MANGO CAR will reach wider audiences through this event, demonstrating Turkey's strength in technology and innovation.
