Applications Open for Şişecam’s Young Talent Program Together

Applications for the 10th term of Şişecam’s Global Young Talent Program Together, designed for senior university students as well as master’s and PhD students, will begin on September 21. Within the scope of applications, which will continue until October 18, young talents will have the opportunity to take part in real projects and experience the working culture of a global company.

Şişecam, which operates in the glass and chemicals sectors, is preparing to receive new-term applications for the Global Young Talent Program Together, which supports young talents’ transition into professional life. Applications for the program’s 10th term will take place between September 21 – October 18, 2026.

Open to students in their final year of university as well as master’s and PhD students, the program offers participants the opportunity to take part in real business projects in addition to a long-term internship experience.

Real business experience for young talents

Candidates who successfully complete the evaluation processes will be able to take part in various projects at Şişecam Headquarters, production facilities, and the Şişecam Science, Technology and Design Center. Young talents who gain part-time work experience within the scope of the program will also be able to benefit from training and development programs.

Through Together, the aim is not only for participants to gain internship experience, but also to closely familiarize themselves with Şişecam’s way of doing business on a global scale. Thanks to the program’s global structure, young people also have the opportunity to gain experience about working environments and international business culture in the different countries where the company operates.

Career opportunities for young talents since 2017

Launched by Şişecam for the first time in 2017, Together aims to support young people during the transition process between university and business life. Within the scope of the program, participants gain real work experience in different functions while benefiting from the experience of Şişecam professionals.

Throughout the program, young talents can take on various roles at Head Office units, production facilities, and the Şişecam Science, Technology and Design Center. In this way, participants find the opportunity to apply the knowledge and competencies they have gained during their education in a real work environment.

To date, 1,611 young talents have been included in the program within the scope of Together, which Şişecam positions as its long-term internship program. Of these young talents, 608 continued their professional careers at Şişecam after their internship periods.

Applications will continue until October 18

Candidates who wish to take part in the 10th term of Together will be able to submit their applications between September 21 – October 18, 2026 through Şişecam’s career channels.

The program will enable young people at the final stage of their university education to take on responsibility in real projects, get to know different working areas, and experience the business culture of a global company.
