Stopping Microplastics with UF Filters

Microplastics, increasingly present in the intersection of marine and freshwater ecosystems, pose a threat to all living organisms. Scientific research shows the presence of microplastics in more than 40 per cent of fish in our seas. Awareness on this issue is increasing worldwide, and preventive measures are multiplying. From consumption to production, at every point where we can, we must stop microplastic."

On the other hand, in systems where water is continuously recycled, the risk of bacterial and viral growth emerges over time. The waste generated in the filters of the wastewater recovery facility at Brisa, a global leader in the 'Water Security' field, is recovered with Rielli UF Filters with precision of 0.02 microns (one fifty-thousandth of a millimetre) and returned to the water cycle.
