DOSAB Chooses Kazancı Çevre Tekniği

Kazancı Çevre Tekniği, a leading wastewater treatment solutions provider in Turkey, has taken another step forward by implementing Litree membrane technology in DOSAB's (Demirtaş Organized Industrial Zone) wastewater treatment capacity expansion project. Through this collaboration, Kazancı Çevre Tekniği, which has signed innovative environmental and water treatment projects, aims to increase DOSAB's water treatment capacity and enhance energy efficiency to the highest levels.

As part of the project, DOSAB opted for Litree brand's high-performance membranes while replacing existing membranes. The immersed membrane units added to the system, featuring a capacity of 6,250 cubic meters per day, 10 cassettes and 320 modules, provided a significant addition to the existing 25,000 cubic meters per day capacity, bringing total treatment capacity to 31,250 cubic meters per day. With this expansion, cleaner and more efficient water will be obtained thanks to the high performance of Litree membranes.

Focusing exclusively on UF and MBR membrane production, Litree provides a reliable solution in water treatment processes with membranes of 0.02 micron precision capable of filtering even viruses. Kazancı Çevre Tekniği, Litree's trusted solution partner in Turkey for over 15 years, manufactures UF and MBR facilities under the Rielli brand, which boasts an extensive reference network in the wastewater recovery sector. The membranes used by Litree in this project also make a difference in terms of energy efficiency; with a special aeration structure, they consume 50% less energy compared to similar products while providing 30% savings in aeration investments.
