Atlas Copco Group continues to translate its employer brand vision into practice. During the ITU Future Engineers Summit held between 20–23 October 2025, the company met with students and initiated a CV-sharing process with its Human Resources team through a QR-coded application form created at the event venue.
Following this process, 9 students from Istanbul Technical University and Marmara University who shared their CVs visited the Atlas Copco Group Turkey office on 18 February. Through the technical and cultural presentation programme held, students received comprehensive information about the company culture, business areas and career opportunities.
Direct Experience Sharing from Business Units
Within the scope of the visit programme, presentations were conducted by senior management from the Compressor Technology Business Unit and Energy Technology Business Unit. The managers shared their experience both in their technical expertise areas and their own career journeys, providing young engineering candidates with a concrete perspective on the sector.
The sessions covered topics such as sustainable manufacturing, energy efficiency, digitalisation and industrial process management, with students' questions answered in an interactive environment.

"They Experienced the Heart of Operations On-Site"
Through the field visit conducted as part of the programme, students had the opportunity to observe Atlas Copco Group's operational processes firsthand. Participants who examined the functioning of administrative and service operations in detail gained the opportunity to combine their theoretical knowledge with practical applications.
Atlas Copco Group officials emphasised that this contact established with young talent is not merely a visit programme, but part of a long-term employer brand approach.
Building Sustainable Connections with Young Talent
Atlas Copco Group continues to make contact with young engineering candidates through university events, career summits and technical meetings. The aim is to bring future engineers into contact with industry during their student years, familiarising them with a sustainable manufacturing vision and global business culture.
The company aims to create learning environments that will support young people in progressing confidently on their career journeys and to build a long-term talent pool by identifying potential talent at an early stage.
