Archroma Appoints Ümit Yaldız as Vice President, EMEA Region

Archroma announced the appointment of Ümit Yaldız as Vice President responsible for the EMEA region. Yaldız is an experienced business leader with extensive experience in the chemicals and life sciences sectors.

Before joining Archroma, Yaldız served as CEO of Pulcra Chemicals Group and Devan Chemicals, where he was responsible for strategy and operations, mergers and acquisitions, and investment management. He joined Pulcra in 2018 after holding various positions with increasing responsibility at Merck over 14 years.

With more than 20 years of multicultural, cross-functional experience in international business, Yaldız has lived and worked in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. He holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD Business School and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences.
