What Is This Two-Component Polyurethane Alkyd Resin?

Paints and varnishes can be classified according to solvent type, as well as based on the system by which film formation and drying processes take place. By examining this classification, we can understand drying types and the difference between single-component and two-component paints and varnishes. Paints can dry through air oxidation, through evaporation of the solvent they contain, or through chemical reaction. In the drying process through chemical reaction (two-component paints), they are manufactured as two components and are mixed before application, applied to the surface, and undergo chemical reaction. The first component is the main section containing binder and pigments, while the second component is the hardener. Our product İzel POL P 33X60, which has high market sales, achieves chemical drying through the combination of synthesized resin and isocyanate.
