Relevant Solutions Announces Acquisition of Automation Werx, LLC

Relevant Solutions, LLC announced today that it has acquired Automation Werx, LLC, based in Idaho Falls, ID. This acquisition expands Relevant's system integration, automation and control capabilities and extends its service scope to the Intermountain West region to better serve customers across North America. This includes:

• Broader end-to-end delivery: design, panel manufacturing, PLC/HMI and SCADA integration with 24/7/365 support.
• Expanded regional coverage: local service capacity in Idaho, Wyoming, Montana and surrounding markets.
• Deeper expertise in key sectors: water/wastewater, dairy products and agricultural automation.

This addition incorporates Automation Werx's specialized capabilities into Relevant's growing platform, deepening the company's ability to solve real-world automation challenges for its expanding customer base. Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Idaho Falls, Idaho, Automation Werx serves water/wastewater, dairy products and agricultural customers and is a UL508A and UL698 listed control panel shop and certified Rockwell Automation Silver Systems Integrator. Automation Werx will continue operations from its Idaho Falls location with its existing team to ensure continuity for customers and business partners.
