Feige FILLING Introduces Modular ATEX Filling Machine

Feige FILLING’s new ELEMENTRA® GO concept offers its customers the possibility of fast delivery.
Feige FILLING is presenting ELEMENTRA® GO, the new modular version of its well-known pallet filling machine ELEMENTRA® 16, developed for faster delivery.
The modular configuration of the semi-automatic machine offers all the high-quality features of Feige’s ELEMENTRA machine series as well as the flexibility to switch between different products and containers, while enabling a quick start to production. Based on modular features specifically designed for the requirements of the chemical industry, the machine can be engineered and commissioned within just a few weeks.
Production Director Stefan Schüttkemper explains: “Our customers are looking for flexible filling equipment that will enable them to adapt to changing market conditions and meet their needs in the event of machine breakdowns. The ELEMENTRA® 16 GO concept offers a solution for such short-term needs.”
ELEMENTRA® GO machines use the bottom-up filling method, which is particularly suitable for foaming liquids. They also hold ATEX certification to ensure the safe handling of explosive and hazardous chemicals. The height-adjustable filling machines can be used for different types of drums on pallets as well as for IBC containers.

The proven machine design ensures the safe filling of different types of chemicals and enables fast cleaning cycles between recipe changes. Thanks to its movable components, the machine can be accessed from every direction and can be flexibly integrated into existing production lines.
Moreover, the GO concept is not a simplified version of the machine. Thanks to the new Feige web HMI interface, it offers easy and intuitive control and recipe management. These features include a help center supported by videos and images, as well as FDA-compliant role management via a 15.7-inch touchscreen.
The new GO concept is being introduced starting with the ELEMENTRA® 16 model and will be made available for other machine models in the near future.
