VEGA Level and Pressure Sensors

Furthermore, with Bluetooth technology, settings can be made quickly and easily from tablets or smartphones without having to climb onto tanks or silos, and measurement values can be monitored conveniently. Chemical and construction chemicals sectors now employ automation systems in reactor, tank and silo storage systems for safety, traceability, occupational and process safety under current conditions. VEGA level and pressure sensors adequately meet user requirements in this regard. In tanks and silos where liquids and solid materials are used, high-frequency radar level measurement at 80 GHz can be performed with VEGAPULS 64 and VEGAPULS 69 models. Independent of temperature and density variations, VEGAPULS 69 is used in dusty environments and processes with heavy dust, while the VEGAPULS 64 model is a level sensor capable of performing maintenance-free measurements even in cases of condensation formation and adhesion, thanks to its excellent focusing capability. VEGABAR 82 ceramic pressure transmitters, developed and manufactured by VEGA itself, can single-handedly meet most of the requirements of the chemical sector. This dry ceramic device with CERTEC® measurement cell is heavily preferred because it does not use any type of oil for measurement, thus avoiding risks such as oil contamination of the product or measurement loss due to freezing in winter. Additionally, level switches used for safety purposes maintain their importance for overflow protection and dry-run prevention. The device can be used for full or empty indication in tanks and piping systems, as reliable overfill protection or as dry-run or pump safety. Models VEGASWING 63 for liquids, and VEGAWAVE63 and VEGAVIB63 for solid and powder applications, can be produced in desired sizes. Additionally, with VIS (VEGA Inventory System) provided by VEGA, you can monitor your tanks from a single point. Particularly in the construction chemicals sector, companies operate their tanks in various locations such as multiple construction sites and facilities.
