Şenlikoğlu's business history began approximately 70 years ago, in 1949, when the grandfather of the Şenlikoğlu family started operations in a small workshop in Istanbul. Today, Şenlikoğlu is located in the Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone, which is home to 291 industrial companies in the Tekirdağ province (linked to Istanbul), of which 37 operate as foreign production facilities. Şenlikoğlu is an engineering and manufacturing company with international experience. Over the past decade, Şenlikoğlu has exported more than 80% of its production to various countries, including the Middle East, Africa and Europe. The company employs 44 personnel. The number of technical personnel working in manufacturing, which is one of the fundamental principles forming our workforce, is 28. Our company is composed of management, administrative and technical staff who have been with the company for a long time. Of these personnel, 18 possess advanced qualifications directly related to operations, such as doctorate, bachelor's and technical high school diplomas. Our facilities in Tekirdağ are located in the industrial zone 100 kilometres from Istanbul. The production facility's capacity is built on 8,500 m² of open space and approximately 5,000 m² of closed space. It consists of a production area, a storage area and an administrative building. Additionally, our administrative building, which has more than 1,500 m² of closed space, was constructed in 2018.

Şenlikoğlu manufactures stainless steel equipment and custom-engineered facilities for the chemical, food and pharmaceutical sectors for its customers. It also provides engineering services for the installation and revision of facilities.

Our main equipment includes a wide range of products, including pressure vessels, reactors and mixers, storage tanks and silos, mixing tanks and mixers, heat exchangers, special process equipment and pilot reactors and facilities. Additionally, the company puts into operation complete facilities such as emulsion polymerization plants, polyurethane plants, plasticizer plants, EPS plants, acrylic resins plants, alkyd resins plants, polyester resins, melamine resins and urea formaldehyde factories.

Şenlikoğlu provides engineering services in mechanical design according to EN 97/23/ec and EN 13445, as well as thermal design and computational fluid dynamics analyses on mixing tanks.

Detailed mechanical and thermal designs are carried out using the latest software compliant with international standards using ASME, EN and API international codes. (2D and 3D AutoCAD and Solidworks, etc.) Mechanical calculations of operating equipment are performed in accordance with design conditions and drawings, based on data provided by the customer, using the relevant software, calculations, codes and standards. Şenlikoğlu is equipped with modern manufacturing machines and equipment such as CNC cutting machines, bending machines, and welding machines used for techniques such as TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas Arc Welding), MAG (Metal Arc Welding), SAW (Submerged Arc Welding), etc. Our company, with welders and welding engineers certified to EN ISO 9606 and ASME Sec. IX, holds ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems and ISO EN 3438-2 international welding manufacturing competency. Based on WPS (Welding specification) and PQR (Procedure test) documentation, the following materials are used in production projects: •Austenitic Stainless Steels (304L, 316L, 316Ti, etc.) •Carbon Steel The Research and Development department simulates mixer types and reactor systems using specialized computer software for the chemical industry, within the theoretical framework of finite element analysis. This method is used at Şenlikoğlu to achieve fully efficient mixing results leading to shorter mixing times, such as homogenization and residence time, and lower power requirements.
