Environmentally and energy-friendly solvent-free polyurethane machines capable of precision casting in the range of 30 to 5000 grams per second, with left and right rotation operation provided by in-house manufactured bearings, can move from ground level to heights of up to 20 cm and 2000 cm. The machine is equipped with a pneumatic piston pump featuring an LED projector. It has two operator panels, 4 and 7 inches respectively, with touchscreen capability and featuring a practical and simple interface, allowing casting and control operations on both. Designed and manufactured by Artı224 Metal Makina, the machine features Aeromini mixing chambers and nozzle systems that have been proven through wear and durability testing to operate for years without spare parts issues. The specially manufactured panel is carefully and orderly designed and equipped with first-class electrical, electronic and PLC systems. The machine features a front console designed for control of all movements from a single point. Artı224 Metal Makina, which uses Gamak motors from one of the world leaders, also optionally applies magnetic couplings and flow meter control systems. The machine, equipped with a 5.5 Kw Gamak motor featuring a 70-litre oil capacity filtration system, 3-litre accumulator and 14cc pump, is supported by a hydraulic system with safety valve against high pressure and pressure switch. It stands out with its self-insulating sweating and heat loss resistance, which has passed leakage tests, and raw material tanks with automatic filling capability that can be connected to chillers, featuring both visual and PLC-controlled level sensors. Precision and safety are the top priorities on the machine, using high-pressure resistant first-class raw material and hydraulic hoses. Transmitters and safety valves that control high pressures in both hydraulic and raw material circulation keep you and the machine under constant protection.
