Combined Planet Kneader Machines

Combined planetary gearbox mixing machines can be used in the production of products with low and medium viscosity. Due to both the dispersion impeller and the planetary system, desired results can be achieved in a very short time. They are commonly used in the production of all types of paints, pigment pastes, petrochemical products, building chemicals (putties, pastes, sealing and sealant components, adhesives, plastisols, etc.), as well as in the pharmaceutical and food sectors. The machine has two mixing systems. The first is a dispersion impeller working on the central shaft operating in the range of 100-1,500 rpm, and the second is two planetary mixing systems located at the edges operating in the range of 0-100 rpm. In addition to rotating on their own axis, these mixing blades also orbit the vessel by rotating with the block attached above them, increasing mixing efficiency. With the help of blades positioned at various angles on these shafts, the product moves from top to bottom and bottom to top within the vessel, providing effective and homogeneous mixing in a very short time. Furthermore, since the mixing shafts rotate in opposite directions, homogeneous mixing is achieved without heating the product. Apart from the mixing shafts, the scraper arm also provides significant advantage in bringing the product from areas close to the vessel wall. The side wall and vessel bottom are scraped using chemical-resistant polyethylene material found on the edge of the scraper arm and the bottom mixing blades.

Lift and Lower:

It has an electro-hydraulic lift and lower feature on its own frame, and for safety reasons, the mixing shafts are automatically stopped after a certain height.

Other Features:

The frame has an electro-hydraulic clamping device to secure the mixing vessel. The main electric motor has a cooling motor that allows for long-term operation at low speeds. Time-controlled mixing feature is standard.
