We started production of high-pressure polyurethane machines using 1990s technology, which we developed over time as technology advanced. Each machine we developed has been equipped with the latest technology of its day, continuously raising our quality standards. To compete with the best, we consolidated excellence into a single machine. By combining the world's quality pumps, brands leading their sector, and more than 25 years of experience, we created the Next Generation Qplus High-Pressure Polyurethane Machines. With our new generation machines named Qplus, we entered the polyurethane sector. With hundreds of machines, we have secured our place among the best in this sector. We always prioritize customer satisfaction in the PU sector through our distinct approach—high-quality, competitively priced, easy-to-use compact models. For this reason, we consider our customers' application requirements carefully, addressing their needs with the attention of a tailor fitting a custom suit. Our product range includes press machines and high-pressure polyurethane machines; to date, machines ranging from a minimum of 100 grams to 8 kg per second and fully automatic as well as robotic machines; polyurethane mold systems; machine cooling systems; various casting heads and tampers; and specific work can be performed depending on the desired product and quantity. We share our polyurethane sector experience with our customers across all areas and provide service and maintenance to our machines at the earliest possible time. In addition, our R&D activities related to chemical raw materials and final products are proceeding at full pace. We continue research and development activities on waterproof polyurethane coatings, flame-retardant polyurethane formulations, super-hydrophobic coatings, polyurethane mold materials, decorative products, and application processes currently underway.
