Industrial Mobile Weighing Applications with Baykon BX07M Terminal

Baykon BX07M is an industrial terminal designed for mobile weighing applications, based on Windows CE, featuring IP65 protection class and stainless steel housing. Wireless communication capability with analog or digital load cell weighing platforms/scales provides significant flexibility in industrial mobile weighing applications. With Baykon BX07M terminal's standard labeling and data collection software, users can design custom weighing menus and print labels with barcode options. Weighing process information can be easily entered via a color 7" touchscreen, wireless barcode reader and external PC keyboard. Peripherals such as receipt and label printers, barcode reader and external display can be directly connected to Baykon BX07M terminal. Weighing records stored in Baykon BX07M terminal can be transferred directly to SQL server via Web Service. Additionally, they can be exported to a PC or USB drive as Excel files via USB memory or Data Editor software. For battery-powered load cells or scales, the battery charge status is displayed on Baykon BX07M terminal screen. If the scale is not used for a programmed period, Baykon BX07M terminal automatically shuts down the battery powering the load cells, ensuring maximum battery life.
