**Ytong's Yellow Line Marks Its Leadership**

Türk Ytong held its 54th Authorized Dealers Meeting with the theme "Our Leadership Yellow Line" on 17-19 January 2025 at Elexus Hotel in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. The event included an assessment of the past year and the sharing of corporate targets set for 2025. Prof. Dr. Hakan Kara, economist and academic, and Ahmet Şerif İzgören, author and trainer, were guest speakers at the meeting. Awards for seniority and achievement were presented to the authorized dealers who received them.

Türk Ytong, the leading organization in the building materials sector, brought together its authorized dealers serving throughout Turkey for the 54th time. An assessment of 2024 was conducted, while targets and market forecasts for 2025 were shared. Additionally, expectations regarding the country's economy, Ytong, and the sector for 2025 were highlighted.

Fethi Hinginar, Chairman of Türk Ytong's Board of Directors, stated the following in his remarks at the event: "For more than 100 years, Ytong, which gave its name to autoclaved aerated concrete, is one of the world's most successful manufacturers, and we are a large family. We launched the 'Trace of Yellow' campaign in our 60th year and strengthened it continuously, and in our 62nd year we say 'Our Leadership Yellow Line.' Hinginar continued his remarks as follows:

We will work hard to reach the targets we set for 2025
"We anticipate that the effects of the economic measures taken in 2024 will continue this year. Taking this reality into account, we will intensify our efforts. Our management team consists of experienced professionals who have their finger on the pulse of the sector. We closely monitor the sector and developments. We see growth areas, opportunities and risks, and develop our strategies accordingly. Our customers, the stakeholders of our sector, trust the Ytong brand and us. This is our greatest strength and responsibility. Following the change in our partnership structure, as a company under Nakkaş Holding and with our renewed license agreement, we will conduct our operations in Turkey more strongly. Just as we completed 2024 beyond our targets in 2024 through the measures we implemented, the strategies we determined, and the correct decisions we made, I am confident that we will achieve the same success in 2025."

We never stopped producing
Fazıl Emre Akıncı, General Manager of Türk Ytong, emphasized in his remarks that they work very hard to always do their best and stated: In every period, by growing, developing, and pursuing innovations, we became the pioneer of our sector and the leading brand in our field. With our partnership with Nakkaş Holding, we are starting a year in which we will strengthen further and consolidate our successes. From the past to today, one of the important factors behind our successes has always been understanding market needs and providing the best service and product. In 2025, we will focus more on our operations. I trust our strong team, experienced colleagues, innovative and dynamic staff. We will reflect the power we draw from our factories, management units, and the synergy we create with you to every sales point in the market and reach our targets. We will continue to work tirelessly and unwaveringly together for better results and celebrate our successes together.

We achieved together, and we will reach all our targets together again
Barış Saban, Vice General Manager responsible for Sales and Marketing at Türk Ytong, presented important indicators regarding the construction sector in his presentation and evaluated 2024 activities while communicating the company's targets for 2025. Emphasizing that they continue working without pause, conscious of the responsibility of being a sector leader, Saban stated: "Just as we worked together and achieved over 61 years, we will work as one whole and succeed again. As Türk Ytong, we have created a great synergy with all our internal and external stakeholders. We always strive to do our best work, and we are seeing the results. We closed 2024 above the budget we targeted, and I am confident that in 2025 we will reach all our set targets."

2025 economic indicators
Prof. Dr. Hakan Kara, academic and economist, gave a presentation titled "The Outlook for 2025 in the World and Turkish Economy." The presentation, in which developments expected to occur in the Turkish and global economy were evaluated, received great interest, while the motivational presentation on leadership by author and trainer Ahmet Şerif İzgören was followed closely.

Seniority and achievement awards were presented
Following the meeting, Authorized Dealers Seniority Awards were presented to companies operating as Ytong authorized dealers for periods ranging from 5 to 35 years. "Achievement Awards" were presented to authorized dealers who achieved high sales success in 2024.
