Kalekim's Strategic Production Move in Istanbul

Kalekim, Turkey's leading brand in the construction chemicals sector, has begun serial production at the Istanbul branch of its subsidiary Kalekim Lyksor Kimya Sanayi A.Ş.

In a disclosure to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Kalekim announced that trial production at Kalekim Lyksor's new production facility in the Istanbul Leather Organized Industrial Zone in Tuzla has been successfully completed, and the company has since moved to serial production and product shipments.

The new facility represents an important milestone in Kalekim's strategic growth objectives. Through its new investments, the company aims to increase its effectiveness in the regional market and strengthen its leading position in the sector by offering innovative solutions to its customers.

Capacity Increase and Regional Strengthening with New Facility

The new facility, realized through an investment of approximately USD 1.9 million, has an annual production capacity of 150,000 tonnes in concrete and cement chemicals. With this investment, Kalekim Lyksor's total capacity has reached 200,000 tonnes. Located at a strategic site covering approximately 40% of the concrete sector in Istanbul and its vicinity, the new facility aims to increase Kalekim's regional market share.
