How would you define the areas of expertise that Revotech Makine has built over nearly 20 years in the sector, and the key success factors?
With the experience and knowledge I have accumulated over nearly 20 years of technical management in Revotech Makine and the sector, I am continuing a third-generation family tradition in machine manufacturing. During this period, the experience we gained in the automotive and small appliances sectors directed us towards high-technology fields such as defense industry. In particular, our expertise in wet paint facilities and components, combined with the importance we place on details, has enabled us to provide high-quality and reliable solutions to our customers.

In my roles as technical manager and general director, I shape strategic decision-making processes based on feedback from the field and customer needs. Being close to the field allows me to closely monitor operational processes and benefit from the experience of our employees. This approach enables me to take more informed and effective steps in strategic decision-making. Additionally, by continuously monitoring developments and innovations in the sector, we identify investments and projects that will increase our company's competitive strength. In this way, we strengthen Revotech Makine's position in the sector and aim to achieve our sustainable growth targets.

What do you think are the biggest challenges facing the industrial finishing systems sector in Turkey? What should be done to overcome these challenges?
Like every sector in Turkey, one of the biggest challenges facing the industrial finishing systems sector is a shortage of skilled personnel. This situation largely stems from structural problems in the education system. In particular, the lack of practical experience in vocational and technical education prevents the training of personnel with the competencies needed in the sector.

To overcome these challenges, stronger collaboration mechanisms should be established between educational institutions and industry. In particular, vocational and technical education programs should be updated according to the sector's needs and students should be provided with practical experience. Additionally, the competencies of educational staff should be enhanced through in-service training and equal opportunity in education should be ensured so that every student receives quality education.

These steps will help address the shortage of skilled personnel in the industrial finishing systems sector and contribute to sustainable growth in the sector.

As a company specializing in specific projects, what are the innovation elements you focus on in the projects and products you develop?
As a company specializing in specific projects, we clearly observe how critical a role technology plays in increasing efficiency in finishing facilities. We are proud to be one of the few companies at Revotech that either produce all facility components in-house or solve integration processes with our experienced personnel. This approach enables productivity increases based not only on the existence of technological products, but also on the compatible and integrated operation of these products.

This makes the processes in finishing facilities more fluid, energy consumption more efficient, and the quality of the final product improves.

At Revotech Makine, we have a long-standing supplier relationship with İlkem Otomasyon that has become a friendship. İlkem Otomasyon's committed approach to value creation has contributed significantly to expanding the scope of our robotic and automation solutions. Working in partnership with an experienced automation company provides much greater advantages than establishing an automation department within our company. In this way, we can further optimize our production processes and provide faster, more flexible and more reliable services to our customers.

Our difference in the sector is our ability to produce flexible and innovative solutions with our experienced and proactive team. This approach enables us to respond quickly and effectively to our customers' needs.

How do the successful completion of certification processes provide guarantees and advantages to your customers?
This question relates to our robot spray booth equipment which is the beginning of a series of products. The successful completion of ATEX certification processes for our products provides important guarantees and advantages to our customers.

ATEX certification demonstrates that our products can be safely used in explosive atmospheres and fully comply with relevant European Union directives. This ensures that our customers are confident that they meet legal requirements.

Our certified products increase the safety of working environments by minimizing risks; this contributes to preventing possible accidents and the material and moral losses they could cause. Certificates showing that our products are manufactured in accordance with high quality standards and that their reliability is approved by independent organizations strengthen our customers' confidence in our products.

Additionally, our certified products can freely circulate and be used in the European Union market; this situation provides our customers with broader market access and competitive advantage. The use of safe and certified equipment reduces operational disruptions and helps business processes to continue uninterrupted, increasing overall efficiency. Our success in certification processes is a concrete demonstration of our commitment to providing safe, compliant and high-quality products to our customers.

What new markets or technological investments do you plan to focus on at Revotech Makine in the coming period?
At Revotech Makine, following our experience in the automotive and small appliances sectors, we have begun operations in the defense industry. This new step is taking our company's engineering capabilities and production capacity even further.

In the coming period, we plan to focus on high-technology sectors, particularly the defense industry. In this context, we aim to develop advanced manufacturing techniques and innovative solutions, contributing to our country's localization and nationalization targets in the defense industry field.

With our partnership with İlkem Otomasyon, we are producing our own SCADA systems. We continue to conduct successful R&D work on "Machine Learning".

With these strategic orientations, we aim to both strengthen our position in existing sectors and play an active role in new markets.

What do you think about the importance of domestic production in industrial finishing systems? What is Revotech's contribution to the sector in this context?
From the perspective of national economy, domestic production stands out as a strategic factor that goes beyond reducing imports, strengthening national production capacity, technological independence and national competitive strength. When it comes to industrial finishing systems, domestic production not only ensures the supply of products that meet basic needs, but also allows the added value created in production processes to remain in the country. This reduces dependence on imports while contributing significantly to the development of domestic capital and technology.

Although issues such as shortage of skilled personnel occasionally come up, our sector has top-level finishing system manufacturers in terms of scale and experience. Revotech draws attention in this field with high quality and cost-effective solutions.

At Revotech, through the systems we produce, in addition to cost advantages, we are taking important steps towards increasing the operational efficiency of industrial finishing systems by providing rapid technical support and localized services.

Furthermore, we are not limited to just product quality and cost-effectiveness, but are also supported by R&D investments and innovation activities. In this way, technological knowledge and production know-how remain in the domestic market, serving our country's goal of reducing external dependence.
