Among TRPharm's partnership institutions is GENTAN Genetic Diseases Assessment Center, which provides services at national and international levels in genetic diagnosis and personalized medicine with the core objective of continuous improvement. GENTAN Genetic Diseases Assessment Center, staffed with specialists in the field and closely monitoring the latest technologies and scientific developments, aims to address all questions and issues related to medical genetics for clinicians, patients and institutions. The center is implementing investments, partnerships and collaborations aligned with this objective. Operating continuously since its founding year of 1997, GENTAN Genetic Diseases Assessment Center ranks among Turkey's most established genetic centers. The center operates under the International TS EN ISO 15189 Medical Laboratories—Quality and Competence Special Requirements standard, with quality and management systems continuously improved in line with scientific and technological innovations. As a requirement of this standard, genetic tests performed at the center are monitored by independent and authorized bodies at national and international levels. Cancer, one of the major challenges of our time, is known to be an area of close interest to the scientific community and one where progress is made with each passing day. Through the most current and state-of-the-art tests applied by specialists at GENTAN Genetic Diseases Assessment Center, patients with a family history of cancer are provided insight into the source of existing cancers and the identification of susceptibility to cancer in future generations.
