New Transformation Director at TRP Harm

Hande Erdener, who has served as Corporate Communications Manager at TRPharm since March 2023, has been appointed Director of Corporate Transformation at the leading healthcare company. 

Hande Erdener has been appointed to the position of Director of Corporate Transformation at innovative healthcare company TRPharm. Erdener began her new role on 1 October 2024. She will coordinate the company's strategic transformation projects and implement transformation needs identified in line with the company's vision through collaboration with relevant departments. Erdener will lead the change management process and report to the CEO.

Erdener graduated from the Istanbul Technical University Department of Business Administration and subsequently completed marketing training at the University of California-Berkeley. She began her professional career as a management systems specialist and, over a 20-year career, has held positions in corporate marketing and communications primarily at international companies. Erdener, who has served as Head of Corporate Communications at TRPharm since March 2023 and has now been appointed Director of Corporate Transformation, has good command of English.
