Öykü Dalgün Acar, Pierre Fabre İlaç ve Dermo-Kozmetik Türkiye

Öykü Dalgün Acar Appointed Human Resources Manager at Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals and Dermo-Cosmetics Turkey Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals Turkey, which ranked among the fastest-growing companies within Pierre Fabre globally during 2018-2019, has added another senior appointment to its roster. Öykü Dalgün Acar took office as Human Resources Manager at Pierre Fabre Turkey as of May 2019. Starting her career at Eczacıbaşı-Baxter, Öykü Dalgün Acar held positions across numerous human resources functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, talent management, performance evaluation, and internal and external communications. She played an active role in transformation and merger processes at Eczacıbaşı-Baxalta and subsequently at Shire. Most recently, Öykü Dalgün Acar concurrently held the positions of Human Resources Manager for Israel and Human Resources Project Leader for the EAMEA Region at Shire Pharmaceuticals. She oversaw the establishment of the Israel organization as well as regional human resources information systems for the EAMEA region and human resources infrastructure setup projects in newly entered markets. Graduating from Gazi University's Business Administration programme in 2008, Öykü Dalgün Acar studied in France for six months through the Erasmus student exchange programme and completed her master's degree in Business Administration at Yıldız Technical University. Throughout her career in the pharmaceutical sector, Öykü Dalgün Acar brings nine years of human resources experience.
