L'Oréal Turkey Makes Senior Appointment A senior executive appointment has been announced at L'Oréal Turkey, the leading technology-beauty company. As of 29 May 2023, Tahir Uysal will assume the position of Vice President, Global Brand Supply Chain for the Consumer Products Division in the Americas market.

Who is Tahir Uysal?

Tahir Uysal joined L'Oréal Turkey in 2005 as Demand and Supply Planning Specialist, later advancing to the position of Demand and Supply Planning Manager in the Consumer Products Division. In 2010, he joined the Consumer Products Division Europe Market Supply Logistics Team in Paris, successfully completing his mission in Market Supply Optimization for the Hair Care Category. Uysal was subsequently appointed to the position of Supply Chain and Logistics Manager at L'Oréal Russia's Kaluga Plant, where he gained five years of experience in international markets. In 2015, he returned to L'Oréal Turkey as Physical Distribution Manager. In 2018, he expanded his responsibilities by managing Retail and E-Commerce Supply Chain processes and was promoted to Director of Logistics and Customer Services. Since his appointment as Country Operations Director in 2019, he has simultaneously held the position of Country Sustainability Leadership, ensuring that Turkey exceeded all targets and contributing to significant improvements through his knowledge, commitment and dedication on relevant matters. Uysal has garnered recognition for his expertise, and through his innovative and results-oriented approach, he has played a role in the transformation and success of operations. With strong coordination capabilities and the collaborative spirit he has fostered, Tahir Uysal has demonstrated engaged, agile and modern leadership to both his team and all other stakeholders. In his new role covering critical responsibilities in the Americas market operations department, he will continue to elevate the company's performance standards.
