DowAksa Named Among the Best Companies

Fast Company magazine's "Corporate Culture 100" research has identified Turkey's best performers in corporate culture assessment.

DowAksa, a carbon fiber manufacturer, made it into the top 100 list, securing 58th place. The "Corporate Culture 100" research, conducted for the second time this year by business and economics magazine Fast Company, has been completed. According to the results announced in the magazine's August-September issue, DowAksa has made it among Turkey's best companies in institutional culture, holding 58th place. The research is significant in highlighting corporate culture in Turkey.

Nearly 2,000 managers and employees voted

The research, conducted in collaboration between Kariyet.net, Turkey's largest human resources website, and Fast Company magazine, which keeps track of the business world's pulse, was participated in by approximately 2,000 managers and employees. Companies were rated through an online survey on factors that constitute institutional culture such as teamwork, transparency and respect, as well as on preparation for the post-pandemic period. As participants selected the top 3 companies for each criterion, the main table was determined based on the weight of the responses that emerged.
