Pınar Nokay Appointed Marketing Director of Doğanay Gıda

Pınar Nokay, with nearly 20 years of experience in the food sector, took office in October 2025 as Marketing Director responsible for Marketing, Commercial Marketing and Sales Operations at Doğanay Gıda.

An important appointment took place at Doğanay Gıda, a leading company in Turkey's traditional and innovative beverage sector including turnip juice, lemonade, pickle juice, beetroot kvass, as well as vinegar and sauce sectors. Pınar Nokay, who has specialized in marketing and commercial marketing with extensive experience in the food sector, became Marketing Director responsible for Marketing, Commercial Marketing and Sales Operations at Doğanay Gıda as of October 2025.

Pınar Nokay graduated from the Social Sciences Department at Istanbul University in 2005, completed her master's degree in Economics and Finance – Consumer Behavior at Boğaziçi University in 2007, and her doctorate at Istanbul University in 2011.

Nokay began her career at Kraft Foods (Mondelez), where she held brand management positions in the Ülker Chocolate and Ülker Golf Ice Cream categories. She later worked as Marketing Director at Balparmak, and from 2019 onwards held a Senior Leadership position overseeing Marketing and Commercial Marketing as well as E-commerce units at Bunge Gıda, responsible for all brands including Komili Olive Oil.

In her new position at Doğanay Gıda starting in October, Pınar Nokay will lead the company's marketing, commercial marketing and sales operations, directing brand growth strategies and initiatives to build stronger connections with consumers.
