In line with this objective, Daikin Air Conditioning Italy S.p.A., a subsidiary of Daikin Europe N.V., has acquired Italian technical services company Landi S.p.A. The agreement, signed in Milan, is significant as it represents one of the steps enabling Daikin to deliver comprehensive solutions for its commercial and industrial customers. The acquisition of Landi S.p.A., recognized for its expertise in engineering and project management of large-scale systems, stands out as an extension of Daikin Europe's plans to become a holistic solutions provider. Officials emphasize that the acquisition of Landi S.p.A. is a step in Daikin Europe's plan to improve its service and solution offerings in the HVAC market. They state that Daikin Europe aims to strengthen service capacity for its growing equipment sales and partner network. Daikin Europe, which seeks to direct its expertise and technology toward business offerings providing maintenance and turnkey solutions, aims to achieve this through both organic and external growth.
