Polifarma Wins "Best In-House Training Program of the Year" Award
Polifarma received the award in the "Most Successful In-House Training of the Year" category at Golden Pulse Awards for its "Polifarma Sokağı" project.
The winners of this year's Golden Pulse Awards, organized to recognize the achievements of all institutions, brands, stakeholders and health communication professionals operating in the health and wellness sector, have been announced.
At Golden Pulse Awards, where projects and initiatives compete across 5 main divisions—Pharma OTC, Health Wellness, Health Communication, and Brand Teams—in 45 separate categories, Polifarma won the award in the "Most Successful In-House Training of the Year" category with "Polifarma Sokağı," its internal social platform.
At the ceremony held on 5 January at Shangri-La Bosphorus Hotel, where Polifarma Board members attended together, the award was received on behalf of Polifarma İlaç by Human Resources Manager Banu Hamarat.
Polifarma İlaç Human Resources Manager Banu Hamarat made the following remarks on the subject:
"First of all, we would like to thank the esteemed jury members who deemed us worthy of this award. As Polifarma, by saying "Life First," we always strive to create value and provide the best to our colleagues, society and our country. We offer our colleagues a better working environment and opportunities for professional development. Polifarma Sokağı is a project we developed in this regard. We have been together with our current and potential colleagues through training on many different subjects ranging from leadership to empathy, as well as various activities such as backgammon tournaments, online raffles during the New Year, film readings, coffee talks and birthday parties. In 2023, we will continue to create value as the Polifarma Family."Advertisement
