VELOX Signs Agreement with Yaşam Malzemeleri Teknolojileri

VELOX GmbH announced a distribution partnership with Life Material Technologies Limited, based in Thailand. VELOX will be the exclusive distributor in the DACH, Benelux and Nordic countries. Stefan Rokitta, Product Manager at VELOX, said: "With this new partnership, VELOX is expanding its existing antimicrobial portfolio and is now able to serve new target markets in compounding, extrusion and injection molding applications."VELOX will offer organic and inorganic antimicrobial additives and custom-formulated plastic raw material colorants for different polymer processing requirements. LIFE™ antimicrobial product protection is intended for household appliances, bathroom products and textiles to effectively eliminate or kill bacteria, fungi, algae and other microorganisms. Rokitta added: "LIFE has cost-competitive solutions addressing growing demand for antimicrobial technologies that not only prevent bacteria and odor but also provide color and temperature stability."
