Vinmar International Acquires Majority Stake in Veser Kimya

Vinmar International Ltd. has acquired a majority stake in Veser Kimya, Turkey's leading chemical raw material distributor specializing in specialty chemicals. Veser serves over 1,200 regular customers across multiple sectors including cosmetics, detergents, paints and coatings, construction and textiles, with a team of over 65 experienced and qualified employees. The company has been conducting business since 1988 and operates from four depots in total located in Istanbul, Izmir and Adana. In 2017, it achieved sales volume exceeding TRY 200 million. With this significant stake acquisition, Vinmar continues to implement its growth strategy in the distribution sector. Through this acquisition, the company has taken an important step in increasing product and market segment diversity in the specialty chemicals distribution business.
