Tosyalı Receives 4 International Awards from Stevie MENA Awards

Tosyalı, Turkey's global steel producer, has been awarded in four categories at the Stevie MENA Awards, one of the Middle East and North Africa's most prestigious business awards platforms. The company earned two silver and two bronze awards for its projects focused on sustainability, innovation and leadership, further cementing its international success.

Tosyalı, which continues to grow through advanced technology and sustainability investments on a global scale, achieved significant recognition at the seventh edition of the Stevie MENA Awards. In the organization that evaluates the work of companies in the Middle East and North Africa region in innovation, sustainability, growth and leadership, Tosyalı won awards in four different categories.

Tosyalı won the Silver Stevie Award in the "Innovative Success in Growth" category with its "Visionary Growth in Green Steel" project. The company also received a second silver award in the "Thought Leader of the Year" category with an application made on behalf of Fuat Tosyalı, Chairman of the Board of Tosyalı Holding.

The company's low-emission steel brand "TOSYALI V-Green" received a bronze award in the "Sustainable Product/Service of the Year" category, while the "Upcycling in Art" project, implemented in collaboration with Contemporary Istanbul, won a bronze award in the "Innovation in Sponsorship" category.

The awards received by Tosyalı, which today operates with approximately 50 facilities across 3 continents, a liquid steel production capacity of 15 million tons/year and over 15,000 employees, demonstrated that the company's global vision in sustainable production and green transformation has gained international recognition.

Fuat Tosyalı Receives "Thought Leader of the Year" Award
Fuat Tosyalı, Chairman of the Board of Tosyalı Holding, was recognized with the Silver Stevie Award in the "Thought Leader of the Year" category for his visionary approach to low-carbon steel production.

In the international jury evaluation, the company's renewable energy investments, hydrogen-compatible production technologies, artificial intelligence-supported operational transformation initiatives, R&D investments and circular production approach were among the highlighted topics.

Visionary Growth in Green Steel
Tosyalı's long-standing sustainability investments were awarded through the "Visionary Growth in Green Steel" project. In the jury evaluation, attention was drawn to the company's achievement of a transformation that sets an example in the steel sector through approximately USD 6 billion in sustainability investments.

Sustainability Award for "TOSYALI V-Green"
The company's low-emission steel brand "TOSYALI V-Green" received a bronze award in the "Sustainable Product/Service of the Year" category for its production model that reduces carbon emissions and its compliance with the European Green Deal and CBAM criteria.

Tosyalı produces with verified emission data while ensuring up to 70 percent lower carbon emissions in its products compared to default values.

Focus on Upcycling in Art
Tosyalı's "Upcycling in Art" project, implemented in collaboration with Contemporary Istanbul, was recognized for creating public awareness on sustainability through the transformation of industrial waste into artworks.

In the jury evaluation, the project stood out as an inspiring initiative that brings environmental transformation to society through art.
