Kimpur Strengthens Digital Transformation with SAP S/4HANA

Kimpur, the region's largest polyurethane systems manufacturer, has successfully completed the transition of its existing SAP S/4HANA platform to the latest version, in line with its operational efficiency improvement and digitalization strategies.  

The project, which went live in just four months, aligned Kimpur's technological infrastructure with the requirements of future business operations. This transformation represented an important step in Kimpur's objective to integrate its technology investments with an efficiency-focused, sustainable, and data-driven management approach.

Technological Leadership and Data-Driven Management
Since 2019, Kimpur has been among the first users of the SAP S/4HANA platform in Turkey. With the latest version upgrade it implemented, Kimpur advanced its technological leadership further. The renewed robust infrastructure was positioned to enable Kimpur to manage its increasing production capacity and expanding export network through an end-to-end integrated system.

With this transformation, the company elevated real-time data management across all business units—from financial processes to production, from supply chain to sales management—to a far more effective level. While reinforcing a "single and reliable data source" approach in decision-making processes, transparency and traceability standards were raised to the highest level, making operational agility a strategic asset.

A Four-Month Success Story
In the chemical industry, where comprehensive processes and high operational discipline are critical, the completion of a version upgrade project of this scale in just four months demonstrated Kimpur's agile management approach and the success of its Information Technology team.
