The increasing demand for our products focused on sustainability and energy efficiency in these regions also supports our strategic expansion."
With over 40 years of experience, Flokser Kimya carries out exports to more than 55 countries and operates actively across a wide geography spanning from Europe to the Middle East, and from Africa to Central Asia. Flokser Kimya's products meet end-users on a global scale through both direct sales channels and local distributor networks. Among the company's most preferred products in foreign markets are refrigerator systems, sandwich and cold room panel systems, polyester polyols, polyurea, adhesives and ballistic coating solutions. These products see intensive demand in the automotive, footwear, construction-insulation, defense industry and flexible foam sectors. In particular, polyurethane insulation systems providing energy efficiency and Flokser Anafarta providing ballistic resistance are among the brand's outstanding innovative solutions in international markets.
Target to increase export ratio to 45%
Today, Flokser Kimya's export revenues constitute approximately 35% of total sales revenues. The company's 2026 target is to raise this ratio to 45% levels and make growth in its export markets sustainable. At the same time, the company aims to increase its market share in existing markets, expand brand awareness and reach, and strengthen its global recognition.
Among Flokser Kimya's new target markets are the United States, South America and the Central Asia region. The growth potential of the polyurethane-based insulation and construction chemicals market in these regions is high. Additionally, the increasing demand for products focused on sustainability and energy efficiency in these regions also supports the company's strategic expansion. Pointing out that a strong transformation toward environmentally friendly, high-performance insulation and composite material solutions is taking place in these markets, Flokser Kimya CEO Ekin Tükek stated that there are significant opportunities particularly for companies developing solutions aligned with the European Green Deal, saying: "As Flokser Kimya, the low-VOC, water-based and energy-efficient systems we develop at our R&D center provide competitive advantage in these markets."
"We will continue to contribute to the national economy"
Tükek, stating that as Flokser Kimya their mid-term target is to obtain 50% of total revenues from export channels, said the following: "In this direction, we continue our investments to increase our production capacity and strengthen our global distributor network. In new markets, we primarily aim to make a difference abroad with certified spray systems and certified PIR systems. These product groups directly align with both sustainability trends and regional needs. We view our export activities not merely as a commercial goal but also as a strategic step toward making Turkish chemical industry a strong player in the global value chain. With our vision of high-value-added production, sustainability and innovation-focused growth, we will continue to contribute to both the national economy and sectoral transformation."
