Best Employers Lists Announced Great Place To Work® Certified™ organizations have been included in sectoral Best Employers™ lists. The lists, prepared based on analyses derived from the workplace experience reports of approximately 850,000 employees, shed light on the experiences of the working population in Turkey within their workplaces. Turkey's most comprehensive sectoral Best Employers™ lists announced by Great Place To Work® were revealed on 24 August 2023. The "Financial Services and Insurance", "Manufacturing & Industrial", "Technology", "Consulting and Professional Services", "Healthcare Services & Pharma" and "Logistics and Transportation Services" lists, declared specifically for 6 different sectors, featured companies that made a difference in employee experience. The sectoral lists, while showing how white-collar, grey-collar and blue-collar workers in changing Turkish conditions evaluated their organizations, were deeply impacted across all segments of society by the difficult economic conditions, earthquakes and election process. The research conducted by Great Place To Work® stands out as the analysis reflecting the broadest employee experience.

Great Place To Work® CEO Eyüp Toprak made the following comments on the subject: "Our sectoral lists, which reflect the voice of a large portion of the working population in our country, show us, in a sense, the performance of employers across Turkey from the employee perspective. Changing economic conditions and inflation pressure require employers to reconsider their wage policies in terms of employee commitment and access to qualified workforce."
