Gökçe Kulak, who has approximately 25 years of national, regional and global human resources experience, has been appointed Human Resources Director for Mondelēz International Turkey & Eurasia.

In her new role, Kulak will lead efforts on developing the company's human resources strategies, talent management, organizational development and strengthening corporate culture.
25 Years of Human Resources Experience
Gökçe Kulak, a graduate of Boğaziçi University's Economics Department, completed her master's degree at University of Minnesota in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
Kulak began her career at Delphi Automotive; subsequently held various human resources leadership positions at British American Tobacco and Haleon covering Turkey, South Africa, Italy, United Kingdom, Middle East and Africa regions.
Throughout her career, Kulak has assumed significant responsibilities particularly in organizational transformation, talent management, leadership development and strengthening employee experience.
Led Human Resources Strategies Covering 40 Countries
Before joining Mondelēz International, Gökçe Kulak served as Middle East and Africa Human Resources Director at Haleon, leading human resources strategies for a regional organization covering 40 countries.
In her new role, Kulak will contribute to developing the human resources vision of Mondelēz International Turkey & Eurasia organization and will be responsible for implementing employee-focused initiatives in line with the company's sustainable growth targets.
