Zeynep Alptekin Basa Appointed New General Manager of Abdi İbrahim Otsuka

A senior appointment has been made at Abdi İbrahim Otsuka. Zeynep Alptekin Basa, who has held various leadership positions within the company and made significant contributions to its growth journey, has assumed her role as the new General Manager of Abdi İbrahim Otsuka.

With 17 years of sector experience, Basa will lead the management of the company's strategic priorities, support sustainable growth targets, and drive the development of patient-focused healthcare solutions in her new role.

12 Years of Experience at Abdi İbrahim Otsuka
Zeynep Alptekin Basa began her career in 2005 at Draeger and joined Abdi İbrahim in 2009 as Senior Product Manager. From 2014 onwards, working within Abdi İbrahim Otsuka, Basa held various responsibilities including Senior Product Manager, Central Nervous System (CNS) and Cardiovascular System (CVS) Marketing Manager, and CNS Group Manager.

Over the past four and a half years, Basa served as Marketing and Sales Director at Abdi İbrahim Otsuka, bringing her commercial and leadership experience to her new role as General Manager.

Chemical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering Background
Zeynep Alptekin Basa is a graduate of Istanbul Technical University's Chemical Engineering Department and completed her master's degree at Boğaziçi University's Biomedical Engineering Department.

With experience in marketing, sales, product management, and strategic management in the pharmaceutical sector, Basa will guide Abdi İbrahim Otsuka's vision of developing innovative healthcare solutions in her new position.
