Mustafa Söylemez Appointed as Country Manager of CEVA Animal Health Turkey

CEVA Animal Health, which operates in the animal health sector with vaccines, medicines and biological solutions it has developed, announced that Mustafa Söylemez has taken office as the new Country Director of its Turkey organization.

Söylemez, who has over 30 years of experience in the human health and animal health sectors, will lead CEVA Animal Health Turkey's growth strategies, customer experience, innovation initiatives and operational excellence processes in his new role.

Extensive Experience in the Animal Health Sector
Mustafa Söylemez held various leadership positions within MSD Animal Health over approximately the last 15 years of his career.

During this period, Söylemez managed the ruminant, companion animal, poultry and aquaculture business units; and led numerous projects in commercial growth, strategic planning, team development, customer experience and organizational transformation.

Söylemez, who stands out for his experience in sales, marketing, business development, market research and operational excellence, played an active role in managing large-scale operations spanning different business areas.

Mustafa Söylemez is a graduate of the Business Administration Department, and is married with two children.
