Abdi İbrahim, Türkiye's uninterrupted leading pharmaceutical company for 24 years, has launched a new employment program in line with its people-focused growth strategy. Under the programme implemented with the slogan "We Are Looking for Healing Faces," the company aims to strengthen its field organisation with 200 new team members.
Through the recruitment process to be conducted nationwide, Abdi Ibrahim will offer development and career opportunities to both experienced professionals and recent graduates seeking a strong start in the pharmaceutical sector.
With a total workforce of 6,000 employees and a sales and marketing team of 2,400 people, Abdi Ibrahim has one of the sector's largest field organisations. The company positions human resources as one of the fundamental factors of its sustainable success.
