Aykut Aydoğan, who has more than 26 years of experience in the sector, has taken up the position of Group President for Building Chemicals. With the new appointment, the strategic management of Kalekim and new investments in building chemicals will fall under Aydoğan's responsibility.

With the new appointment, strategic management of Kalekim and new investments in construction chemicals will fall under Aydoğan's responsibility.
Leading Construction Chemicals Operations
In his new role, Aykut Aydoğan will be responsible for managing Kalekim A.Ş., Kalekim Lyksor A.Ş. and new investments in construction chemicals to be implemented within Kale Grubu. Under Aydoğan's leadership, the company aims to enter new markets, capitalize on growth opportunities and strengthen international competitiveness.
From Saint-Gobain to Kale Grubu
Aykut Aydoğan is a graduate of Istanbul Technical University's Civil Engineering Department and completed his master's degree in Koç University's Executive MBA Programme.
Aydoğan began his professional career in 2000 at Saint-Gobain Weber, holding senior positions in sales, marketing and general management covering Turkey, the Middle East and Africa. Appointed CEO of Saint-Gobain Turkey in 2021, Aydoğan was responsible for managing 12 brands of the company in Turkey and served on the boards of Chryso, Weber, Saint-Gobain Abrasives and its subsidiaries İzocam and Dalsan.
Contributing to Global Growth Strategy
Kale Grubu aims to increase its global presence in the construction chemicals sector through organic growth alongside strategic investments, acquisitions and new business areas. The appointment of Aykut Aydoğan is considered an important step in the company's growth strategy.
