Siemens, a global technology player with a 170-year history, is strengthening its financing structure in Turkey. With a 170-year heritage as a global player in technology, Siemens is strengthening its financing structure in Turkey. Siemens Finansman A.Ş., built on the experience of Siemens Finansal Hizmetler, which has provided financial leasing services since 1997, will operate with a BDDK license and offer customers more flexible and comprehensive financing solutions with TRY 500 million in capital.

Supporting manufacturing and digitalization investments
The new financing structure aims to facilitate financing for investments focused particularly on digitalization in industry, productivity increases, and sustainability. Through Siemens Finansman A.Ş., customers will be able to implement investments covering software, digital solutions, services, and integrated projects with more planned and term-based payment models.

This approach covers not only machinery and equipment investments supported by leasing, but also digital solutions, software, and integrated projects. The new model carries Siemens' global vision to Turkey with a "Buy Now, Pay Later" approach.

Assessment from leaders
Hüseyin Gelis, Chairman and CEO of Siemens Turkey, commented on the matter as follows:

"Sustainable and accessible financing in Turkey's manufacturing ecosystem is critical for industry and advanced technology investments. Siemens Finansman A.Ş. was created with the aim of standing by our business partners who wish to invest and helping them accelerate their transformation processes."

Kemal Girginer, Chairman of Siemens Finansman A.Ş., shared the following about how the new structure will operate:

"With our strong capital base of TRY 500 million, we offer end-to-end financing solutions. While existing leasing activities continue under Siemens Finansal Kiralama A.Ş., Siemens Finansman A.Ş. will take on a complementary role with flexible financing models for our products and solutions. Together, these two structures will provide customers with an integrated financing approach."

Confidence in Turkey's manufacturing and technology investments
With this new step supporting manufacturing and technology investments in Turkey, Siemens has reinforced its vision of being not only a product and service provider, but also a financial partner in transformation.
