Activity Report and Management Approved
At the General Meeting, the following matters were addressed: discussion of the annual activity report, reading and review of the auditor's report, approval of financial statements, approval of the Board of Directors' proposal regarding profit distribution, and other agenda items. All Board Members were discharged.
The meeting underscored the bank's steady progress in strengthening its financial structure, enhancing digital participation banking capabilities, and supporting Turkey's real economy through sustainable, value-focused financing.

New Board Members and Strategic Vision
Following the completion of the General Meeting, Albaraka Türk General Manager Malek Temsah welcomed the new Board Members and stated:
