Abdi İbrahim Climbs in ISO's List of Turkey's Top Industrial Enterprises

The results of the ISO 500 Research, conducted for 53 years by the Istanbul Chamber of Industry, have been announced for 2020. Abdi İbrahim Chief Executive Officer Süha Taşpolatoğlu stated that the company ranked 89th on the ISO 500 list, which identifies Turkey's largest companies, saying "We are proud to be the sector leader in the ISO 500 ranking and to have climbed 8 positions at once." Abdi İbrahim, which has maintained continuous leadership in the pharmaceutical sector for 19 years, rose 8 positions from the previous year to rank 89th on the 2020 "ISO Turkey's 500 Largest Industrial Enterprises" list, compiled by the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (İSO) to identify Turkey's largest industrial companies. Abdi İbrahim Chief Executive Officer Süha Taşpolatoğlu commented on the ISO 500 list: "Despite the challenges brought on by the pandemic, Abdi İbrahim continued its investments. During this difficult period, we undertook significant investments both domestically and abroad. In 2021, we are working with the same determination. Our initiatives regarding vaccine production continue. In 2021, we plan to implement our total investment budget of USD 100 million. Abroad, we are both strengthening our existing investments and pursuing new company acquisition opportunities.
