Under the terms of the agreement, GracoRoberts' management team will continue to maintain a significant stake in the company while continuing to drive the company's growth strategies and operational leadership.
GracoRoberts serves the global aerospace and defense sectors, operating through technical expertise in specialty chemical distribution, digital commerce capabilities and value-added services. The company supplies adhesives, sealants, coatings, composite materials and other specialty chemical products to its customers along with technical support and customer service.
Growing Through Technical Expertise and Supply Chain Solutions
GracoRoberts provides customers with easy access through digital platforms and expert technical sales support thanks to its multi-channel business model. The company focuses particularly on reliable supply of materials used in high-performance aerospace and defense applications.
