TiO2 ATR-312

Titanium Dioxide ATR-312 is a universal-type rutile titanium dioxide developed by Anhui Annada as a new-generation product. Its unique formula, fine particle size and membrane-like surface coating process are its distinctive characteristics. Other properties of the product include high resistance to outdoor weathering, easy dispersibility, narrowed particle size range, brightness and excellent opacity. Large particles present in small quantities in particle distribution do not affect brightness due to the coating technology used in Titanium Dioxide ATR-312 coating.

Opacity Power

Titanium Dioxide ATR-312 is coated as a membrane with 3% amorphous silica and 2% alumina. For this reason, titanium content is high. Due to the small titanium particle size and narrow distribution, it has high opacity power. With 2% silica, organic surface treatment is coated as a thin membrane. The solubility of titanium particles has been increased. For this reason, Titanium Dioxide ATR-312 has excellent dispersibility.

The surface of Titanium Dioxide ATR-312 being treated with silica and alumina enables it to interact very easily with plastic components. It provides processability and weather resistance. It provides superior performance in thermoplastic products in terms of heat resistance and thermal stability. The plant has Roche, Reach and heavy metal test certificates for the product. To meet the needs of our partial customers at any time, we always maintain sufficient quantities of the product in our warehouses located in Anatolia and the European side. Annada company has entered the market with new specially designed green-printed bags written only in English for export products. These products have been developed according to each country's own standards. As of 2018, only green-packaged ATR-312 products are under Annada and Ursa warranty.
