Teknomet Paint Coagulants and Flocculants:

Paint coagulation and flocculation (paint coagulation and flocculation) chemicals are formulated to separate waste paint from water and are used in sludge collection systems in water-based paint shop cabins. The purpose of paint coagulation chemicals is to achieve coagulation of solids and release of absorbed water, thereby separating paint and water from each other. This process can be achieved with the use of a single chemical, or depending on paint type, customer expectations and sludge collection method, it can also be achieved with the use of multiple chemicals. Teknomet Paint Sludge Separation Systems (Paint Sludge Separator Systems)

Paint separator (paint separation) systems automatically separate paint sludge, extending the life of the paint cabin and keeping the water inside the cabin continuously clean. They are manufactured from stainless steel and can be connected to all water-curtain, water-permeable (venturi type) cabins. They are suitable for all paint types including water-based, solvent-based and clear coats. Paint sludge separation systems achieve maximum efficiency when operated in conjunction with paint coagulation chemicals that eliminate the adhesiveness and coloring properties of paint that falls into water and prevent possible adhesion and clogging in lines, and paint flocculation chemicals that accelerate the rise of paint to the upper phase; they are preferred systems with low operating costs. The working principle of paint sludge separation systems (paint separators) is based on the separation of paint from water and the recovery of water. The paint-water mixture is coagulated and flocculated through the dosing of paint coagulation and flocculation chemicals. The paint-water mixture, after chemical treatment and freed of coloring properties and adhesiveness, reaches the paint sludge separator from the mixing tank called the system tank. Accumulated decomposed paint waste is discharged from the paint sludge separator machine with the help of pneumatic or electric clamps of the machine. Thus drainage of paint is achieved and water freed from paint is sent back to the paint system.
