SISDOZ A.Ş. Launches Bellin Single-Screw Pumps
Bellin screw-type positive displacement pumps are used for transferring sludge, corrosive chemicals, fluids containing solid particles, or high-viscosity liquids. They feature positive displacement operation and self-priming capability up to 8 meters depth.
With different models and combinations, they are available in capacities ranging from 1 litre per hour dosing applications to 240 m³/hour transfer applications, and can be used at pressures up to a maximum of 48 bar.
Metal and elastomer components in contact with the liquid can be manufactured from different material alternatives with varying geometry and structure depending on the properties of the transferred product.
Pump models that meet CIP (Cleaning in Place) and SIP (Sterilisation in Place) hygienic conditions and comply with FDA and 3-A Sanitary approvals are available and can be used in all industrial and wastewater treatment applications as well as in the food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
Additionally, solutions can be provided with feeding unit models for transferring materials with high density and low fluidity (or even non-fluid materials).
