GMP Flexible Putty-Type Polyester Resin
Polres GMP is an orthophthalic, DCPD-based, medium-reactivity, medium-viscosity, amine-accelerated, putty-type polyester resin with a yellowish colour. It is specifically designed for use in aluminium, galvanized metal surfaces and flexible filler paste production. It features quick drying, fast sanding and hardness-flexibility properties. It accepts high filler loading rates. When combined with Polres UPE, it has the capability to create formulations with desired properties to obtain the most suitable product.Shelf Life
The product should be stored for 4 months in dry conditions, away from direct sunlight, at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C. The shelf life of the product decreases as temperature rises. Please keep containers sealed and take note of the shelf life indicated on the container before use.Storage
Polyester solutions contain volatile and flammable monomers such as styrene (flash point 33°C). All polyester resins should be stored and used in well-ventilated, non-flammable areas. It is recommended to wear gloves and safety glasses to protect against skin irritation caused by styrene.
