Nal-Kon Kimya San. Tic. A.Ş. Founded in Istanbul in 1987, our company began operations with the goal of reflecting technological developments in water conditioning, one of our primary objectives, to our industry. At that time, inorganic chemicals were being used and technological capabilities such as modern device analysis methods were not available. Our company has continuously expanded the range of chemical products, equipment and control methods used worldwide to producers in this field throughout our years of service. Our company has adopted a policy of not expanding through dealerships, and since our sector prioritizes service, we have identified potential to provide technical services and consulting through centralized management. Rather than pursuing commercial expansion, we have established branches based on service and consulting across many regions of Turkey through our headquarters and continue to provide flawless service. Our company's employees, managers, technical service personnel, and central and branch laboratory supervisors are chemical engineers who, after 6 months of specialized training and briefing in their field, serve our market with expertise in this subject. Support staff and personnel assigned to other areas are selected and trained within our company's discipline and principles before being assigned to positions within our organization.

Over 30 years of working life spanning 1987-2018, our company has developed itself in technological advancement, chemical product quality and adequate service. We have secured a significant market share in Turkey's water conditioning sector.

We have increased our current market share year on year and as of 2018 serve over 600 facilities nationwide without any reduction in service and quality. We continue to serve small, medium and large-scale facilities with the same performance regardless of their commercial size. The service we provide to our sector is offered free of charge. Although water chemistry is a specific and small area of chemical science, it holds great importance in our daily lives. With this awareness, we consider it our duty to provide free consulting to all sectors and communities wishing to be informed on this subject. Beyond minor informational services, our consulting services will support industrial facilities during project design and development stages and will be an important factor in their growth. Our company provides post-sale technical service through mobile units, ensuring on-site measurement, analysis and conclusive results. For this purpose, we have equipped mobile laboratory units and provide fast and reliable service. Our mobile laboratory is staffed simultaneously by a chemical engineer and a laboratory technician. In our periodic service visits, time is not a critical factor; we follow meticulous and reliable procedures and present results compiled into computer-generated reports to facility officials. More detailed analytical work is conducted in our central laboratory. For analyses where measurements conducted during facility periodic service visits prove insufficient, work is transferred to our central laboratory where detailed and time-consuming studies are performed, including microbiological testing, corrosion testing, material identification and capacity studies, resulting in a comprehensive report. Our company provides services in collaboration between university and industry, achieving better solutions. We conduct water conditioning with environment and nature-friendly products while protecting environment and nature. In particular, in all our products used, raw materials that do not harm human health and nature are selected.
