Kimteks Poliüretan Introduces Innovative Solutions for the Rigid Foam Sector

For years, we have been producing numerous different polyurethane rigid foam systems for use in thermal and acoustic insulation in the construction sector. Recently, in addition to developing high-performance insulation products by increasing thermal insulation, we also take pride in producing rigid foam systems with PIR (polyisocyanurate) structure to meet demands for fire resistance properties, and presenting them for sector use.   In the construction sector, where flame resistance and fire durability are gaining importance each day, PIR (polyisocyanurate) filled sandwich panels for industrial structures emerge as one of the best solutions. These structures, obtained with high quantities of isocyanate and appropriate next-generation catalysts, have much better flame resistance compared to standard PUR filled sandwich panels, and despite having lower halogen additive content due to their technology, they provide significantly higher fire durability. In addition to having the best thermal insulation properties, they are among the best building solutions for industrial buildings with their mechanical properties and ease of use. With our KIMRigid PIR series products, we can provide the best solution to the panel sector as Kimteks Poliüretan. We have special product designs for different line configurations as 4 or 5 component systems.
