Plusmill Advantages

Flexibility: The grinding drum cover is replaceable and different materials can be used. Grinding Drum Protection: It has a new grinding component concept with high wear resistance. Efficiency: Efficiency is increased with the new product circulation system in the grinding chamber. It features a new dynamic filtration system. Faster color changes and reduces solvent waste by up to 50%. Performance: High energy intensity provides high grinding performance. Grinding Control: Grinding temperatures are continuously controlled thanks to the cooled grinding chamber and integrated temperature probe. Grinding Chamber Size: Due to the smaller chamber size compared to equivalents, the amount of beads used is reduced by up to 90% compared to conventional vertical grinding machines. Grinding Chamber

The Plusmill cover consists of an inner grinding chamber and an outer cooling jacket. The cooling jacket has two outlets and one inlet for circulation of the cooling fluid.

As the grinding basket rotates together with the grinding shaft, the cooling jacket remains stationary.

The grinding process is carried out by the movement and friction of the beads in the grinding chamber. The dispersion effect results from the turbulent motion of the beads as a consequence of their collisions with each other and with the walls of the grinding chamber. Thus better grinding and brighter products are provided. 90% fewer beads are used. Bead size 1.6 - 2.0 mm, Zirconia, Yttrium-Zirconia, Sintered Zirconia, Ceria-Zirconia.
