In HPL panel applications, mechanical fastening can encounter problems due to seasonal temperature variations. Expansion and contraction calculations must be made during the screwing process. To account for the possibility of panel movement, screws should not be overtightened, and space should be left for movement. Bostik provides a very safe and practical solution during this demanding application process: the Bostik PanelTack System. With this system, assembly is carried out using adhesion alone without screws, achieving a more aesthetic appearance. With the Bostik PanelTack System, the movement tendencies of panels are absorbed thanks to the properties of the adhesive. Panel movement capability is provided. Bostik PanelTack also allows for the selection of thinner and lighter panels. The system is strong and practical, as well as economical. The Bostik PanelTack System has been certified after successfully passing performance tests as specified in standard 4101-7: 01-11-2003 "Adhesives Used in the Installation of External Facade Cladding Panels" in the Dutch national technical guideline (BRL). Application areas:

Used for pre-treatment on certain cladding panels, anodised aluminium and lacquered surfaces.

Properties:

• Increases adhesion strength on certain cladding panels and metals. • Short drying time, approximately 10 minutes. • Easy to use. The "wash-primer" and cleaner are contained in one product. • Included in KOMO certifications nos. SKG'03.08.056.1 and SKG'03.08.056.2. • Economical to use.

Bostik PanelTack FoamTape Double-Sided Adhesive Foam Tape:

A double-sided HDPE adhesive foam tape with protective film on one side. Provides initial bonding during panel adhesion. Demonstrates excellent adhesion performance on both surfaces (metal frame and cladding panel).

Properties:
