Foamout Powder Defoamers

As DYK Kimyevi Ltd., we manufacture foam depressants under the FoamOut brand for nearly ten sectors. 1. PF 0060

Active Content: 60% by weight Active Type: Mineral oil, special hydrophobic solids. Particle Size: 14 (d50, micron) An effective foam depressant with broad application range. It successfully breaks foam in all powder systems where foaming is not desired in aqueous environments. It is highly fluid and mixes very easily into the system. Silicone-free. Due to its hydrophobic content coming from many different sources, it is effective against foams of various structures.  

2. PF 5505

Active Content: 60% by weight Active Type: Polydimethylsiloxane, mineral oil, special hydrophobic solids. Particle Size: 14 (d50, micron) An effective foam depressant reinforced with polydimethylsiloxane. When the powder meets water, it quickly removes the air entering the system from the environment, preventing foam formation. It maintains its effectiveness in the system for extended periods. It is highly fluid and mixes very easily into the system. It is an active, universal product in all construction chemicals.

3. PE 0050

Active Content: 50% by weight Active Type: Mineral oil, special hydrophobic solids. Particle Size: 7 (d50, micron) Many systems do not actually require the use of highly fluid powder foam depressants due to their feeding methods and mixing times. In these systems, the use of highly fluid products does not create a positive effect on performance while causing an increase in costs. PE 0050 offers the performance of highly fluid foam depressants at more economical prices. Suitable for all types of powder systems. Compatible with other additives and surfactants. Works without problems across a wide temperature and pH range.

4. PE 4505

Active Content: 50% by weight Active Type: Polydimethylsiloxane, mineral oil, special hydrophobic solids. Particle Size: 7 (d50, micron) A powder foam depressant with polydimethylsiloxane additive. It provides economy especially in systems that do not require the use of highly fluid foam depressants. It maintains its effectiveness in the system for extended periods.
